The only way to increase attack power was to collect Memory items from major bosses.

Naturally, that’s pretty useful for the end of the game, when you’ll face down multiple incredibly tough bosses. It’s also nice to have for the New Game+ mode, where you’ll be able to bring your more powerful Shinobi in from the beginning. Here’s where to find all three parts of the Dancing Dragon Mask.

After defeating the ghostly Corrupt Monk in Mibu Village, you’ll be able to more fully explore underwater, and locate even more Treasure Carp.
Even if you’ve collected all the Treasure Carp Scales from the previous areas, there are a total of 19 Treasure Carp Scales to collect in Fountainhead Palace. Don’t waste the scales and save up for the Dragon Mask Fragment!
